MecWash’s new MWX400 wows the crowds at MACH 2016

MecWash was delighted to showcase its latest component cleaning machine at MACH 2016 where visitors showed a lot of interest in the newly launched MWX400.

The MWX400 has evolved naturally from the popular MecWash Midi system, hundreds of which are already being used by numerous blue chip organisations across the engineering industry,  and is designed to be a versatile workhorse in sectors where high standards of cleanliness are required.

MecWash’s Managing Director John Pattison, explains: “Here at MecWash, we often have customers with exacting cleaning requirements and we pride ourselves on our ability to meet these and come up with innovative solutions.

“Many of our machines are adapted or custom made for customers.  This experience and our research and development work has produced the MWX400, a system specifically designed to meet the increasingly tough cleanliness requirements of the engineering sector.

“We had a lot of positive feedback at MACH from both existing and potential new customers about the new MWX400 with people particularly interested in the features that make this machine easier to maintain and support.

“For example all pumps, heaters and sensors are mounted in the top of the tanks which enable fast access, without draining tanks while the use of transparent electrical panel doors allows easier monitoring. The PLC, I/O Link and Router combination also allows for insightful remote diagnostics or integration with customer systems.

“This machine will be at home in the high precision worlds of aerospace, automotive, fluid power, metrology, defence or medical applications where it will deliver consistently high cleanliness standards.

“We were also able to display our popular Duo machine this year and our stand at MACH 2016 attracted a lot of visits throughout the five days of the show. I would like to thank everyone who came along to see us and look forward to doing business with them in the future,” he added.

With a customer list that includes the likes of JCB, Perkins, Delphi, TRW, UTC, Meggitt, Selex, Renishaw, SKF, Hydraforce and Parker, the outlook for MecWash is looking bright for 2016.
