MecWash Systems had a very successful exhibition at MACH 2026 with a record number of enquiries for its component cleaning systems. With the MWX300 and MWX400 systems on show, the attendees and fellow exhibitors could see the scale of the systems and learn about the washing and drying processes within.
For the first time, the MecWash stand also featured a Sugino high pressure wash and deburring system, as MecWash now represent Sugino in the UK.
John Pattison, managing director of MecWash, was pleased with the engagement at the five-day exhibition:
“We had a productive time at MACH, and it remains the premier exhibition for UK manufacturers to do business. It was very promising to have so many conversations with long-term customers and connections as well as talking to numerous new contacts.
“The prearranged meetings with our customers were positive and the demand for our high-performance cleaning solutions is still high across manufacturing. This was especially true with fluid power and aerospace which are traditionally strong sectors for MecWash.
The MecWash team had a record number of both visitors to the stand and enquiries for component cleaning solutions.
“Our stand was in a great location, and we received an outstanding amount of interest due to the excellent footfall. Alongside our sales managers, Paul Jarratt and Alan Atkinson, we fielded questions from across the sectors with a high number of inquisitive students in attendance.
“The reputation of MecWash for world-class component cleaning is principally due to the cleaning results that our systems provide but is also thanks to the relationships that we have maintained over the decades.
“Our production team attended on the Wednesday and had the opportunity to explore the exhibitors and review the industry as a whole. It was a great chance for the team to spend time together outside of MecWash HQ and discuss the opportunities for the future.

The MecWash production team joined John, Paul and Alan on Wednesday.
“We shared our stand with Sugino, the leading Japanese manufacturer. As the sole UK agents for the world-class deburring machines, it was a pleasure to introduce them to the UK market,” said John.
Pierre Le Noach, sales manager at Sugino, comments:
“MACH 2026 was our first time exhibiting in the UK, and it was an enjoyable experience. We showcased the Sugino JCC 421 UT machine. The MecWash customers and visitors were very interested in its CNC turret turntable and its submerged washing and deburring capabilities.
“Sugino systems provide a unique offering for manufacturers looking to wash and deburr complex components. The combination of ultra-high pressure with sub-100-micron accuracy gives the Sugino JCC series unbeatable cleaning power.
“Working with MecWash as our agents, we are looking to expand our presence in the UK and MACH was a fantastic way of announcing Sugino to the UK manufacturing industry,” said Pierre.
