Tewkesbury-based industrial cleaning specialist recognises 20 and 25-year milestones for two long-standing team members
MecWash Systems is celebrating a combined 45 years of experience and expertise, following two significant long-service milestones for members of its team.
Sales Manager Paul Jarratt has reached 20 years with the company, while Production Foreman Neil Crumpton is celebrating an impressive 25 years at MecWash.
Together, the two employees have played a significant role in the development and continued success of the Tewkesbury-based manufacturer, bringing decades of experience to their respective areas of the business.
Paul joined MecWash 20 years ago and has seen considerable change during his time with the company, including the development of its range of aqueous component cleaning systems and its growing presence across a wide range of manufacturing sectors.
Reflecting on his milestone, Paul said:
“Twenty years at MecWash has gone incredibly quickly. During that time, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a huge variety of manufacturers and see first-hand how the challenges facing industry have evolved.
“What has remained constant is the expertise within the MecWash team and our commitment to finding the right cleaning solution for each customer. It’s been great to be part of that journey, and I’m looking forward to seeing what the next few years bring.”
Neil Crumpton has spent even longer with MecWash, reaching 25 years with the company. Working in production, he has been closely involved in the manufacture and delivery of the company’s industrial parts cleaning systems, helping to ensure machines are built to the high standards expected by MecWash customers.
Neil said:
“Twenty-five years is a long time, but when you enjoy what you do and work with a good team, the years certainly pass quickly.
“I’ve seen a lot of changes in manufacturing and at MecWash over the years, with new machines, new technology and increasingly demanding applications. It’s been rewarding to be involved in building the systems and seeing them go on to solve real cleaning challenges for customers.
“I’m proud to have been part of MecWash for 25 years and to continue contributing to the team.”
MecWash Managing Director John Pattison said the two milestones highlight the depth of knowledge within the company.
