MecWash is pleased to announce that it will be showcasing the cleaning capabilities of its Midi parts washing system to leading UK manufacturers at the annual Matsuura ‘Think’ Open House event.
Taking place between 10th – 12th November at the neighbouring Matsuura and Tornos Technology Centres in Leicestershire, ‘Think’ provides an opportunity for leading technology brands to demonstrate their latest innovations.
The theme for the 2015 event will focus on the importance of maintaining business profitability and competitive edge – both issues MecWash systems can assist with. High cleanliness standards are ubiquitous for precision aerospace and automotive parts and investing in a MecWash demonstrates a firm’s commitment to cleanliness to its customers. Also by investing in quality machines designed and built to last, engineers can significantly reduce downtime due to equipment failure – an issue which can have a significant detrimental impact on an organisation’s bottom line.
With over 500 systems supplied to blue chip automotive and aerospace engineering companies worldwide, the MecWash Midi is a highly durable and dependable component cleaning system for precision industries. In combining ultrasonics with high flow washing, rinsing, rotating dedicated jetting and vacuum drying, the Midi provides the highest standard of component cleaning and drying for even the most complex and intricate machined parts.
Managing Director, John Pattison, said: “MecWash works closely with a number of leading OEMs who require the highest standards of cleaning. “By showcasing the Midi at ‘Think’, we will be able to discuss and highlight the full cleaning capability of this system directly to our target audience.”
MecWash has taken part in Think for the past two years and is confident 2015 will be equally successful.
