MecWash targets European market at Parts2Clean in Stuttgart

Aqueous component cleaning specialist, MecWash, will continue its pro-active drive into Europe by exhibiting at leading specialist trade fair Parts2Clean, taking place in Stuttgart from 9-11 June.

MecWash designs and manufactures a range of precision parts washing systems in Gloucestershire, which have been sold into more than 25 countries across 5 continents. It has a network of carefully selected distributors covering 10 key countries, including Metalas which has offices in Germany and the Netherlands.

Together with Metalas, MecWash will be demonstrating the cleaning capabilities of the popular Duo component cleaning machine on stand D47, Hall 6 at Parts2Clean. MecWash Managing Director, John Pattison, will be on hand to provide show visitors with any additional technical information required.

John says, “Germany is the largest engineering market in Europe and this specialist show attracts visitors from all over the continent. As such, Parts2Clean is a valuable showcase to a very broad audience.

“In 2014 we launched a German language website, www.mecwash.de and a French language website www.mecwash.fr to ensure more customers could access the product and technical information required to make an informed decision in their own language. We also appointed a new Spanish distributor as part of our drive to serve more of the European market.  We are the only UK parts washing machine manufacturer exhibiting at Parts2Clean, which we have attended for a number of years. We’re looking forward to another busy show in 2015.”

Based on the 2014 show, organisers of Parts2Clean 2015 are expecting over 10,000 visitors to attend the three day event. The 2014 post show report stated that over 50% of visitors came with definite Capital Investment Projects in mind – offering considerable opportunities for MecWash to increase both brand awareness and sales in Germany and further afield.

John continues, “Parts2Clean is one of the largest events in our industry. Last year’s show was successful and we’re confident the 2015 show will be equally popular. The specialist nature of the exhibition means that the majority of the visitors that walk through the door are potential customers.”
