Last week’s Southern Manufacturing exhibition down at Farnborough proved extremely successful – we saw a significant increase in both exhibitors and visitors to the show. MecWash received a number of quality leads which we are following up on and we have already booked several trials at our R&D facility in Tewkesbury.
Managing Director, John Pattison, says, “It’s always worthwhile getting out into the market place at shows like these, meeting both prospective and current customers. The number of visitors to this year’s show was really encouraging and it wasn’t just the same faces – we met quite a few new people which was great. The show also provided an opportunity to catch up with some of our existing clients to discuss ongoing projects and talk about their future requirements.”
The bespoke nature of our service offering makes face to face discussions invaluable – the outset of all of our commissions involves identifying the client’s exact requirements. Whether it’s higher quality cleaning and drying, reducing the time involved in the cleaning process, or eliminating the need for solvents, our team, including a dedicated PhD chemist, works closely with our clients to identify the best combination of machine technology and cleaning solutions to meet the customer’s objectives.
MecWash will be attending a number of events throughout the year in both the UK and the US, starting with the WEAF conference next week, PMTS in Columbus in April, EASTEC in Massachusetts in May and Aero Engineering at the NEC in November. We have already confirmed our attendance at a number of large shows for 2014 – keep checking our news area for more details, or follow us on LinkedIn, twitter or facebook for regular updates.
